Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders $100 or more; $10 flat rate for orders under $100.

What is your order cut-off time?
Order cut-off: 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST).

How long does processing take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days.

How long does delivery take after shipment?
Transit time after shipment: 3–5 business days.

Which carriers do you use?
Carriers: USPS/UPS/FedEx/Regional carriers.

Will I receive tracking?
When available, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after carrier acceptance.

Do you charge tax at checkout?
Tax policy: Product prices include tax; no additional tax is collected at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard.

What is your return window?
Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
Non-defective returns: customer pays.
Defective/damaged/wrong item: seller pays or handled case-by-case.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No restocking fee.

What items can’t be returned?
Non-returnables: Final Sale items and custom-made items.

My order arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent—what should I do?
DOA claim window: within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Contact us with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review and guide you.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: cancellation requests may be accepted but are not guaranteed (depends on order status).
After shipment: cannot cancel; follow the return process.
