We ship to the United States only.

Shipping fees
Free shipping on orders $100 or more; $10 flat rate for orders under $100.

Order cut-off time
Order cut-off: 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST). Orders placed after the cut-off are typically handled starting the next business day.

Processing time
Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Transit time after shipment
Transit time after shipment: 3–5 business days.

Carriers
USPS/UPS/FedEx/Regional carriers may be used depending on destination and package requirements.

Tracking
When available, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking events may take time to appear after the carrier accepts the package.

Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If a package is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may need to confirm details with you before reshipping. Additional carrier-related fees may apply in these situations.

Cancellations and shipping status
Before shipment: cancellation requests may be accepted but are not guaranteed (depends on order status).
After shipment: cannot cancel; follow the return process.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
DOA claim window: within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the claim window with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and provide next steps.

Delays and exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather events, peak shipping periods, carrier network disruptions, remote-area routing, and other factors outside our control can cause delays. We’ll assist with tracking and documentation when needed.
