Shipping fees are determined as follows: Free shipping on orders $100 or more; $10 flat rate for orders under $100.
We ship to the United States only.

Order processing and delivery
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Transit time after shipment: 3–5 business days.
Order cut-off: 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST).
Carriers: USPS/UPS/FedEx/Regional carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Payments
Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be reviewed for risk or verification purposes.

Cancellations
Before shipment: cancellation requests may be accepted but are not guaranteed (depends on order status).
After shipment: cannot cancel; follow the return process.

Returns and refunds
Return window: Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Return shipping responsibility: Non-defective returns: customer pays. Defective/damaged/wrong item: seller pays or handled case-by-case.
Non-returnables: Final Sale items and custom-made items.
DOA claim window: within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
