Return window
Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in their original condition with all included parts and accessories. If an item is returned with missing components or shows signs of use that changes its condition, the return may be declined or handled based on the situation.

Non-returnables: Final Sale items and custom-made items.
How to request a return
Email us at info@homeblisswood.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is related to damage, defects, or an incorrect item, include photos so we can review quickly. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping responsibility
Non-defective returns: customer pays.
Defective/damaged/wrong item: seller pays or handled case-by-case.
Original shipping fees
If you paid a shipping fee, the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defective/damaged item or a wrong item sent.
Refund processing time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged/defective/wrong item claims
DOA claim window: within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Claims submitted after this window may be reviewed, but outcomes can be limited by carrier timelines and available documentation.
