Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to items purchased from our store that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described, subject to the terms below.
DOA (arrives damaged/defective) claim window
DOA claim window: within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Please include clear photos of:
- The item issue (damage/defect)
- The packaging (inside and outside)
- The shipping label
What we may offer as a resolution
If your claim is approved, we may provide a reasonable solution based on the situation, which can include (at our discretion):
- A replacement (or replacement parts, where appropriate)
- A return and refund processed according to the refund timeline below
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
What this warranty does not cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, or modifications
- Issues reported outside the DOA claim window for shipping-related damage
- Non-returnables: Final Sale items and custom-made items
